Research Abstract |
Italian agriculture is now in a crisis. In order to sustain farming, many farms attempt to reduce the cost, add value to products, start another business. Many farms in Mid-northern Italy adopt the strategy to combine agriturismo and in-farm restaurant with processing and marketing their products. Geographical indication system and eco-friendly farming system are the great means to gain convention to employ the strategy.
