Research Abstract

連続光キャビティリングダウン法を一酸化二窒素(N_2O)のアイソトポマー(同位体分子種)計測に初めて応用した。開発した装置を用いて、N_2Oアイソトポマーの吸収スペクトルを様々な条件下で測定し、1.5μm領域における振動回転線の圧力広がり係数、分光パラメータ、および積分吸収断面積を決定した。また、得られた分光データを用いることにより、アイソトポマーの存在比を20分程度の時間分解能でリアルタイム計測することに成功した。
