Research Abstract |
One of guanine oxidation products, oxazolone, causes G→C transversions. In this research, we intended to find aptamers binding oxazolone. Aptamaer binding oxazolone-resin were found but it can bind weakly with free oxazolone. Then some knowledge of finding aptamers binding oxazolone was obtained.
