Research Abstract

高熱電性能を有するAg-Sb-TeおよびPb-Te系熱電材料の複合添加化合物AgPb18SbTe20を取り上げ、ドーパントとしてPbI2をAgPb18SbTe20に対して系統的に添加し、材料性能の温度変化に対するPbI2の添加効果を調べて、高性能化の可能性について検討した。得られた結果では、PbI2の添加量が1mass%のときに最も大きく熱電性能を向上させることが可能であることを示した。
