Research Abstract

三次元加工は電子機器の機能向上のためには欠くことのできない重要な技術と考えられている。本研究においては、独自の原理に基づく三次元光加工技術を開発した。この技術は2つの異なる波長のレーザーの交点において特殊な光化学反応を起こし、金属ナノ粒子を形成するというものである。交点を動かすことによって媒体中に金属ナノ粒子を作製することができる他、レーザー強度を調整することにより、空孔やトンネルを作製することができる。
