Research Abstract

本研究では単一分子デバイスの実現に重要な共役分子における電気伝導機構を解明することを目的とし、ナノギャップ電極を用いて共役分子ワイヤーの電気特性の温度依存性を評価した。共役分子ワイヤーでは電極‐分子間の注入障壁が減少されることで電荷伝導が分子間ホッピングにより律速されることを示唆する結果が得られた。また、共役系高分子を用いたナノチャネル有機トランジスタを作製し、トランジスタ動作が可能であることを示した。
