Research Abstract

都市域においてソフト的な水防災政策(土地利用規制・建築規制)を実施した場合に生じる便益と費用を定量的に評価し、ソフト的水防災政策の費用対効果・適用性について検討した。その結果、これらの政策は一定程度の適用性を有すること、建築規制のほうが費用対効果が大きいことが明らかとなった。
