Research Abstract |
ソーシャル・ネットワークの共有性が二者間での葛藤解決過程に影響する過程を検証した。その結果、第一に、ネットワークの共有性が高いほど相手からの否定的言動を相手への評価に反映させないことが示された。第二に、独自ネットワークサイズは自己志向的な対処行動を、共通ネットワークサイズは他者志向的な対処行動をそれぞれ独自に促進することが示された。総じて、問題の潜在化にネットワーク構造が影響することが実証された。
