| Research Abstract |
3ヵ月児健診において,産後抑うつと母親から乳児に対する愛着に関する調査を行った.その結果, 抑うつと愛着には,中程度の関連が認められた.高得点者となった母親に対しては、その場で問診を行った.問診の結果支援が必要と判断された場合は、経過をフォローした.また、ケース処遇会議を毎月開催した.通常の乳幼児健診における産後うつ病への介入システムを考案し,愛知県内の自治体にて実際に実施した.これらにより,地域住民の健康増進に貢献することができた.
