Research Abstract |
極低温星間塵表面上で生成・脱離した水素分子の反応熱分配過程を実験的に明らかにするため,低温基板表面で水素原子の結合反応により水素分子を生成し,脱離した水素分子の運動・振動・回転エネルギー分布を測定する実験装置を構築した.
