Research Abstract

ガス浮遊炉を用いた無容器法によって,以下の機能性チタン酸化物球状ガラスの開発に成功した.(1)屈折率2.34,(2)強いアップコンバージョン発光,(3)幅広い赤外発光.いずれの特性も現代社会を支える光学材料への応用が期待されるほど高い性能を示していた.
