Research Abstract

サブミクロンサイズの単結晶構造体を作製し、透過型電子顕微鏡の内部でその場観察圧縮試験を行った。降伏に伴う挙動を観察し、転位の増殖前に構造体中を変形帯が進行することを確認した。臨界分解せん断応力は約300 MPaと、一般的な単結晶のそれよりも大きな値を示した。サブミクロンレベルの構造体では、変形に必要な初期転位が枯渇していることが原因であると考えられる。
