Research Abstract

本研究では導電性高分子の製膜法としては研究代表者が世界に先駆けて提案した電気泳動堆積法について,光電変換デバイスへの応用を目指して検討を行なった。本手法はスピンコート法などの従来法に比べて1〜2桁低い濃度の溶液しか要しないという特徴を持つ。その結果,従来検討していなかった良溶媒の濃度が高い組成の懸濁液から,原子間力顕微鏡での観察において約10nmの平均粗さという,すぐれた平坦性を有する膜を得ることができることを見出した。また,この膜が発光層としてスピンコート法で作製した膜と遜色ない機能を示すことも確認できた。
