Research Abstract

本研究では、従来の検査技術の適用が困難な、燃料電池用水素燃料タンクの欠陥検出実現のため、現在最も高感度なSQUID磁気センサを用いたタンク欠陥早期検出装置の開発を行った。本装置は、磁気シールドのない環境でも動作する、高磁場耐性・高感度特性をもつSQUID磁気センサを開発・使用しており、本センサをロボットアームに搭載して、タンクを低周波数励磁しながらスキャンすることにより、タンク内亀裂検出が可能なことを示した。
