Research Abstract

The research project intends to produce tools to promote adobe/masonry house retrofitting by PP-band meshes. The outputs of the project are a design methodology to determine the most suitable mesh arrangement and the expected seismic performance and also a set of detailing recommendations to guarantee adequate mesh installation.
