Research Abstract

本研究は、セラミックレゾネータ応用に求められる性能を十分に満足する材料を、環境にやさしい非鉛系ビスマス層状構造強誘電体(BLSF)セラミックスを用いて開発しようとするものである。BLSFセラミックスの結晶方位を制御することより、セラミックレゾネータの温度安定性を向上させることが出来た。その結果、レゾネータ応用に求められる基本的な性能を満足する非鉛BLSFセラミックスを得た。
