Research Abstract |
インクジェット方式で基板上に滴下した液滴の成膜過程に及ぼす磁場印加効果について数値解析により検討した.その結果,液滴蒸発の際に生じる溶質濃度差ならびに溶質溶媒間の磁化率差が液滴内部流動に影響を及ぼすことがわかった.さらに,印加磁場の磁極位置も影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった.
