Research Abstract

本研究では、「次世代がん診療装置CROSS(Correlation Response Observatory for Scintillation Signals)計画」のプロトタイプとして有機シンチレータと無機シンチレータから成るハイブリット型検出器CROSS-miniを完成させました。また、そのプロトタイプ検出器を用いた業績の一つとして、平成20年12月1日に米国科学誌に報告し、同日、文部科学省にて記者会見を行いました「放射線源から放出される放射線の革新的な計測方法の開発」を挙げます。
