| Research Abstract |
本研究はシンナーを吸引する人における肝障害について検討することである.トルエン序在下で培養したヒト肝癌細胞で障害が認められ,トルエンを吸入させたラットの肝臓でも障害が認められた.また,ラットのトルエン吸入群で肝線維化が認められ,肝線維化に影響を及ぼす因子も増加していた,よって,トルエンが直接,肝細胞の障害を引き起こし,さらに,トルエン吸入により肝線維化に影響を及ぼす因子が活性化することにより,肝」臓に線維化をもたらす可能性が示唆された.
