Research Abstract

膨満感などの上腹部愁訴に処方される六君子湯は小コンダクタンスカルシウム活性化カリウムチャネルの活性化による膜の過分極反応と電位変化を伴わない平滑筋への直接的な作用によりラット胃底部輪走筋を弛緩させることを明らかにした。また、六君子湯は糖尿病性胃腸症により有効である可能性を示した。ラット胃底部において筋層内ICC(ICC-IM)の電気活動(自発性一過性脱分極(STD))の測定に世界で初めて成功した。STDはICC-IMで発生するアクティブな反応であり、STDが輪走平滑筋に伝播することで単電位が発生することが示された。
