Research Abstract

NPT2cの変異により引き起こされるクル病のメカニズムを明らかにすることを目的とし変異を有するノックインマウスの作製を行った。機能異常または、局在異常が認められた。最も症状の強い変異を用いてノックインマウス作製に入った。複数のラインを確認したが、変異リン・カルシウム代謝に大きな異常は見られていなかった。Npt2c変異はドミナントネガティブ作用を示さないことが示唆された。マウスにおいては他の分子が中心となっている可能性があることが、理由と考えられる。
