Research Abstract

がん患者は意思決定の時期を幾度もむかえる。彼らのスピリチュアルペイン(自己存在の意味や生きる意味に対する苦しみ)について看護師を対象に調査した。時間存在喪失の苦悩では【限られた時間しかない】,【時間が有効に使えない】,【将来の時間がほしい】,【時間を終わらせたい】,関係存在喪失の苦悩では【関係を拒む】,【関係を持ちたい】,【関係を疑う】,【関係が変わる】,自律存在喪失の苦悩では【身体症状が変化する】,【変化する自分を認められない】,【将来の生活が考えられない】,【自分らしさや役割が果たせない】があげられた。
