Research Abstract

外来化学療法中のがん患者の精神症状評価システム開発をめざし、看護師によるつらさと支障の寒暖計と精神科医による症状評価システムの実施可能性について検討した。外来化学療法中のがん患者130名に調査を行い、強い精神的つらさを示した38名のうち、6名が精神科医による面接を希望した。残り32名のうち、半数はその後の寒暖計調査で閾値を下回った。対象者において精神的支援の潜在的ニーズはあり、一部の対象者には介入効果があったと考えられる。
