Research Abstract

反発性軸索ガイダンス分子semaphorin受容体、Plexinのシグナル伝達において、低分子量G蛋白質、R-Rasの活性を受容体自身のGAP活性により低下させることが必要である。本研究により、そのGAP活性の詳細な制御機構を明らかにした。さらに、R-Rasファミリーに属するR-Ras、TC21、M-Rasについて、それぞれPlexin のGAP活性のターゲットとなりうるかを検証した。
