Research Abstract

卵巣癌腹膜播種には、上皮細胞間の接着因子であるE-cadherinの発現抑制によって誘導されるIntegrin α5が重要な役割を果たしており、Integrin α5の分子標的治療は卵巣癌腹膜播種の抑制に有用である可能性を証明した。
また、妊娠初期において絨毛細胞が母体子宮筋層内に浸潤する際に、低酸素刺激によるE-Cadherinの発現消失から誘導されるIntegrin α5の発現が重要な役割を果たしていることを臨床胎盤検体のデータを併せて証明した。
