本研究では英語学位コース等の英語環境で学ぶ留学生の在学中の日本語学習、複言語学習の実態、社会参加と人的ネットワークの広がりを追跡調査する。そして実証データに基づいた言語文化学習支援、就職支援の提言を行う。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study explored the linguistic environments in which English-medium program students learn, how they connect with others, and how they build their social networks. It also traced how these students use multiple languages both on and off campus to foster mutual understanding and support, thereby deepening multicultural learning. Through this longitudinal investigation, the study visualized their learning processes and the challenges they face.

本研究では、調査者らが得られた知見を基に、言語文化的に多様な学生同士が支え合い、学び合うための人材育成のあり方や教育的リソースの開発に取り組んだ。これらの成果は、英語学位プログラムにおける学習環境の質的向上に寄与するとともに、多様な人々が互いに学び合い、協働しながら共に生きる社会の実現に向けた教育的・社会的資源となるものである。
