| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、従業員にとって働きやすい職場について関心が高まっていることから、職場の心理的居場所感に注目する。先行研究では、職場における居場所感は「役割感」、「安心感」、「本来感」の側面があることが確認されている。本研究では、先行研究をベースに、職場における居場所感が従業員の職場における行動や幸福感などに与える影響を、アンケート調査を通して検証する。また、分析結果を補強するために、従業員に対して居場所を提供していると思われる企業を選定して経営者や従業員に対してインタビューし、居場所感がもたらす効果について具体的事例に基づいて検討する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study examines the impacts of psychological Ibasho (one's psychological place) on employees. Data were gathered from employees using internet survey and analyzed. The results showed that psychological Ibasho enhances knowledge shearing behavior, etc. Furthermore, employee self-esteem was measured by three factors: organization-based self-esteem, general authenticity, and general superiority. The results showed that organization-based self-esteem and general authenticity had positive impacts on knowledge sharing behavior.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、アンケートデータの分析を通して、職場における従業員の居場所感や、居場所の類似概念である自尊感情の特定要因が知識共有行動にポジティブな影響を与えることなどが示された。職場における居場所感の影響については計量的な研究がなかったことから、その影響を計量的に示したことは学術的に意義があると考えられる。さらに、これらの結果は、企業のイノベーションと従業員の働きやすさの両立が求められる現代において、企業が取るべきマネジメントの手掛かりを提供するものであると考えられる。
