| Outline of Research at the Start |
専門職連携教育（Inter Professional Education;以下、IPE)は、1960年代の英国での取り組みが発祥で、その重要性は広く認識されてきている。IPEの課題としては、教育効果を図る指標が明確になっていないことが一つに挙げられており、標準的なIPE評価尺度が確立されていない現状がある。既存のIPE尺度においても、今後様々な視点からの検証が必要とされている。
本研究では、筆者らが作成した3因子構造11項目のIPE評価尺度（吉村ら,2019）の構成概念を再考し、信頼性・妥当性を検討することを目的とする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to reconsider the construct of the Interprofessional Education evaluation Scale (Yoshimura et al, 2018) (hereinafter referred to as the IPE evaluation scale) created by the researchers and examine its reliability and validity. A draft IPE evaluation scale with 24 items and a five-factor structure was created, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and an exploratory factor analysis was performed, resulting in a three-factor structure and 11 items.
In this study, the factor structure and the wording of each item were reviewed, and a revised IPE evaluation scale with 22 items and a five-factor structure was created. Using the revised IPE evaluation scale, a survey was conducted on approximately 1,600 students from the first to fourth year at a health, medical, and welfare university. In the future, the survey results will be analyzed to verify the reliability and validity of the scale.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
現状、IPEは各教育機関の実情に合わせてカリキュラムが組まれており、評価方法も統一されていないというのが課題として挙げられている。しかしながら、IPEによって獲得されるまたは必要とされるスキル・態度などのコアとなる部分に関しては、背景の違いに関わらず共通であると考える。本研究ではそのコアとなる構成概念を明らかにし、広く一般的に使用できる、標準的なIPE評価尺度開発であるという点に特色がある。本研究の成果により、他組織との比較が容易となり、教育プログラムや評価の改善へ寄与するだけでなく、中長期的な評価を有効的に行うことができる点でも意義があると考える。
