| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、看護師の注射処方箋読み取りエラーを防止するために、「なぞり読みトレーニングツール」の基礎教育の場における汎用化に向けて、ツールの看護教育パッケージを開発し有効性を検証することである。
「なぞり読み」とは注射処方箋の表記を指差しでなぞりながら表記を注視して読み、表記内容を正しく認識する方法である。「なぞり読み」習得のための看護教育パッケージとして「A トレーニングツール」「B 学習履歴分析ツール」「C 教育ガイド」を開発する。ユーザビリティ調査（学習履歴の分析と利用者アンケート）と視線計測調査により有効性の検証を行う。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The primary objective of this study was to prevent nurses from misinterpreting injection prescriptions. Therefore, we aimed to develop an educational package and verify its effectiveness. The resulting package consists of a training application for teaching "reading while tracing," a learning analytics system, and an educational guide for teachers. The educational package featuring the "reading while tracing" training tool was successfully developed; however, its effectiveness was not verified in this study, as the project was limited to the creation of a research plan. The effectiveness of this approach will be verified in a future study.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
看護師が注射処方箋の表記を確認する方法として示されているのは、「指差し呼称をして確実に確認する」などであるが、何をどのように視て読むことが「確実に確認する」ことなのかは未だ示されていない。本研究により開発した「なぞり読みトレーニングツール」教育パッケージを用いてなぞり読みを習得し注射処方箋の表記を注視して読み取れるようになることは、薬剤関係の医療事故における「確認不足」の低減に役立ち、将来的に看護師の注射実施の安全水準を高めることが期待できる。
