本研究は、集約化が計画されている公的集合住宅団地において、団地の共用空間マネジメントを団地居住者と団地周辺居住者が協働で行うことで、団地内外居住者がネットワークされた拡張型団地コミュニティが形成可能か検証し、それによる団地居住者への効果を明らかにすることを目的とする。
具体的には、団地の集会所やオープンスペース等の共用空間を活用して、活用方法を話し合うワークショップとそれを試行する実証実験を繰り返し実施することによって共用空間のマネジメントの主体形成を支援し、拡張型団地コミュニティが形成可能か試行する。その後、団地居住者へのアンケート調査により、本手法が団地居住者に与える効果を解明する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we examined the feasibility of forming an extended apartment complex community with a network of residents inside and outside the complex by having residents inside and outside the complex collaborate in the management of common space in public apartment complexes that are planned for intensification.
(1) Based on the results of a questionnaire survey of all residents, we categorized the residents' participation in community activities and their willingness to participate, and clarified the characteristics of each type of resident and the conditions that facilitate their participation in community activities.
(2) The results of the survey revealed the characteristics of residents and the conditions that facilitate their participation in community activities for each type of residents.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究成果は、団地集約化のプロセスにおいてコミュニティ運営力の低下が懸念される公的集合住宅団地において、団地居住者が、集会所やオープンスペース等の共用空間を活用し、主体的に多くの団地内外居住者を巻き込みながら地域活動を活発化させていく上で、また専門家によるコミュニティ支援方策を検討する上で有用な知見となるため、社会的意義を有する。
