Research Abstract |
It is now possible to develop a system to share onboard video recordings with mobile camera, since mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs etc. are commonly used and high speed wireless communication such as Wi-Fi is widely available. Our research tried to solve following technical issues in constructing more qualified friendly context services. We will report the results of our research in order to provide road context from retrieving a large amount of UGC styled collecting videos databases immediately. The issues we address include (1) Video database structure suitable for geo-spatial temporal retrievals, (2) High-speed video database construction method introducing stream data processing, (3) Image processing method for privacy preserving context services, (4) Scalable context image supply method depend on telecommunication environment. And using these technical issues, we can get prospects for a new context aware service system.
