Research Abstract |
The concept of a driving support system that is adaptive to the following vehicle driver state was proposed and it was shown that the system is more effective compared to the one that is not adaptive to the driver state. Also, to realize such a system, methods for estimating the reaction time and the degree of "Negligent driving tendency" of a following vehicle driver from the behavioral information of the vehicle were proposed.
