Research Abstract |
Heretofore, bioassay of environmental pollutant gases was difficult. We proposed a new method which use a new measure : MIP (Minimum Inhibitory Pressure) for evaluating the toxicity of the gas pollutants. The MIP values can be determined by measuring metabolic heat of microbes using microcalorimeter.
