Research Abstract |
The effects of Amoeba Management system (AMS) on self-efficacy, team-efficacy, and autonomous motivation were investigated in a Japanese firm. Results showed that AMS directly and positively promoted the above psychological variables, the variables encouraged between-team interaction and within-team interaction, and then the interaction promoted team performance.
