Research Abstract |
(1) I completed the papers about the history of occupational mental health in Japan. These papers are composed from many aspects and provide a sound basis for new sociological theme.(2) The theory of individualization is essential for this theme. Then I have advanced a project of translating a book, Individualization written by U. Beck.(3) I conducted a survey research on mental health of elementary and junior high school teachers in a prefecture in concert with their union. We achieved the high collection rate and have analyzed this data.
