Research Abstract |
This study examined that consumers concerns for food safety assurance have been encouraging vertical food chain control and advancing technological development for hygiene practices and traceability. The empirical studies of fresh vegetable and sugarcane showed that precise geographical information could usefully work to enhance technical efficiency of production and distribution.
