Research Abstract |
Hepatic arterial embolization (HAE) has been widely performed for unrecectable hepatocellular carcinoma. Perticulate materials are exclusively used as an embolic agent. Our experiments reveal that Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol : a newly industrialized embolic material is optimal material in HAE of hepatocellular carcinoma.
