| Research Abstract |
In this research, experience and the information which were acquired from the past disaster correspondence were collected across the board as "Knowledge Database for Disaster Management(KDDM)", and the database of the system which the national government, prefectural governments and municipal governments, companies, NPOs, etc. can share and utilize through Web was built in the future. Moreover, the proposal to the state of the communication rules which connects administration and disaster victims, and the teaching materials for the disaster reduction performed based on the past disaster teachings were created as an example of practice using KDDM, and it practiced to the self-governing body, the citizen, the company, and NPO.
