Research Abstract |
This research realizes constructing arbitrary CG action scenes from archived action building blocks. Action building blocks are stored as short action data including just one action and recorded using motion capture. One character's action sequence can be constructed by splicing action building blocks smoothly. Multiple characters' action scenes can be constructed combining one character's action sequences. This research also includes an application using CG action scenes by the proposed method, "action rehearsal system". The user can run through action scenes as one character using mixed reality.
