| Research Abstract |
I analyzed the theses and books on the international control theory, theory of compliance with international law. Then I focused on the study to compare the international atomic energy law system to the other field of international law such as international environmental law. As an comparative study, I took up the international law framework on genetic resources of the sea and pointed out the importance of the precautionary approach.
