Research Abstract |
In the research, I tried to do analysis relationship between politicians and bureaucrats under a two-party system, and compare pre-war Japan, post-war Japan, and contemporary Japan. Considering political initiative(Seiji- Shudo) and civil-service reform, we can confirm some efficient findings. These fruitages already brought out on Asahi-Shinbun, Wedge, and now prepare to publish as book style.
