Research Abstract |
The purpose of this research is to clarify the characteristics of management in the American private universities with small endowment. In Japan, many researchers introduce how the American private universities with ample endowment fund are strong, but these are the exceptional cases. In this study, I focused on the educational strategies in these types of universities, and study some cases.
