Research Abstract |
We have developed a multiple-precision arithmetic environment, and realized a high-accurate numerical computation for numerically unstable problems using the environment. The developed software is distributed via Internet. It is designed for scientific numerical computation. We also give some remarks on floating-point arithmetic and numerical stability.
