Research Abstract |
As a result of in vitro and in vivo examinations, our pulmonary surfactant preparations show the similar effect to Surfacten. In addition, an electrostatic interaction between PG (phosphatidylglycerol) and peptide (Hel 13-5) prevents irreversible transformation for the peptide from α-helix to β-sheet structures.
