Outline of Research at the Start

研究分担者舟島らによる看護学教員の倫理的行動に関する研究成果（村上・舟島他, 2006, 2010）を基盤に①今日の看護学教員の倫理的行動の質的全容解明、②その結果に基づく「看護学教員としての倫理的行動自己評価尺度」（村上・舟島他, 2010）の洗練、③洗練した尺度を用いた全国調査による看護学教員の倫理的行動の量的現状解明、④その結果に基づく「看護学教員のための倫理的行動自己診断基準」の作成、⑤看護学教員個々が自己診断結果に基づき必要な研修を選択受講できるFDプログラムの作成、⑥そのFDプログラムの有効性検証と洗練、⑦FDプログラム普及に向けたハンドブック作成を行う。
