Outline of Research at the Start	ニュッサのグレゴリオスをはじめ、カッパドキア教父が聖書を「神の声」として捉えるその思想について考察し明らかにする。まずはカッパドキア教父の著作における「神の声」（テイア・フォーネー）という概念の用例と用法を、言語学や修辞学における「声としての言葉」の研究成果とともに検討し、次に「神の書」（テイア・グラフェー）といった近接概念との比較を通してその思想を構成する。続いて旧約の「雅歌」について、特に「雅歌」に描かれる、姿の見えない神の声だけが響くというテクストに対する彼らの解釈を考察し、聖書に現われる「声」、また「声」としての聖書を彼らがどのように考えていたのかを明らかにする。
