Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、学習者オートノミー（学習者が自身や学習過程を深く理解し、学びに責任を持つ能力）に特化した大学にて実践されている、ラーニング・コミュニティーズ(LCs)という学習者主導型協働学習の手法を「学生コミュニティーリーダー育成カリキュラム」として開発することを目的とし、１）国内外実践共同体の調査、２）国内教育機関におけるニーズ分析、３）本学における実践研究を行う。英語を学ぶ事自体を目的とせず、英語を活用し個々の関心分野への知識を深めるという包括的な学びや、互いに学び合い、LCsを運営するという経験は、学生の生涯に通ずる学習とリーダーシップスキルの育成にあたり、その手法の発展と普及を目指す。
