Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、現代社会の論理にしたがって分節化された「世俗」の領域について、ムスリムがそれをいかに認識しているか、さらにはいかなる認識のうえで「イスラーム化」をはかろうとしているのかという点に着目する。具体的には、マレーシアにおけるイスラーム実践を対象として、「世俗」の領域のなかでなされるイスラームの再定式化の試みについて検討する。この作業を通して、現代社会におけるイスラームについての理解を深化させる。
