Outline of Research at the Start

政令指定都市・中核市などのデータを利用して公的意思決定を考察するこの研究の意義は、従来の研究において分析対象とされて来た意思決定の「結果」に加えて、新たにその「過程」をも研究に織り込むことである。これにより、意思決定の結果に着目した従来の実証分析から得られていた知見をも再検証することが可能になる。さらに、従来活用されてこなかった議事録データを分析に織り込むことにより実証研究の蓄積に資することで、公共選択という学問分野の発展に寄与する。
