Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本の中小企業を対象に、従業員エンゲージメントの向上が生産性の向上にどの程度寄与するかを明らかにすることを目的としている。中小企業の人材をいかに活用し生産性を高めるかという社会的な課題解決に役立つと考えている。近年、従業員エンゲージメントを取り上げた研究が増加しているが、日本の全従業員の70％以上を占める中小企業を対象とした研究は、非常に限定的である。研究方法は、複数ケーススタディ手法による仮説形成とデータ解析によるモデル構築である。従業員エンゲージメントが中小企業の生産性にどの程度寄与するかを仮説形成し、多変量解析等でモデルを形成する。
